DELIVERY AND PAYMENT
Once we have received your order and payment, the shipping process starts immediately so that your order arrives as quickly as possible. Our Logistics team generally processes orders within 24 hours because everything is in stock in our warehouse. Your package will arrive, on average, in two to four business days. If you need your order sooner, you can opt for express shipping.
Orders that need to be shipped as bulky goods via forwarding agent may take a bit longer to arrive because these items have to be manually packaged on pallets.
SHIPPING COSTS
We do not charge shipping for standard packages weighing up to 5 kg and shipped within Germany. In many other european countries, we offer a flat shipping fee of EUR 24.90. Customers in Germany and Austria can return defective items free of charge. This does not affect your legal right of revocation.

DAMAGE DURING TRANSPORT
Every shipment must be inspected immediately upon receipt to ensure that is complete and undamaged. In the event of visible damage, the customer must refuse to accept the delivery. If the defect is not immediately discovered upon receipt of the delivery, it can be confirmed within a maximum of seven days by sending a notification of claim to either DHL or UPS. To submit a notification of claim, please fill out this form from DHL and have it confirmed and stamped by DHL.
Next, please notify our team of the damage by contacting us or calling us at +49 (0) 2563 2098550. Please also send us a copy of the notification of claim so that we can submit it to DHL.
If the package was delivered outside of Germany, please contact our team as soon as possible by sending an e-mail to info@wm-industrietechnik.de or calling us at +49 (0) 2563 2098550 to discuss the next steps. This will help us to assert any possible claims against the shipping company or the transport insurer.
